Janssen CarePath Savings Program
*20,000 maximum program benefit per calendar year. Not valid for patients using Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded programs to pay for their medications. Terms expire at the end of each calendar year and may change. There is no income requirement. Program does not cover the cost to give patients their treatment. Janssen Nurse Support
Even after you've trained your patients to give themselves an injection of SIMPONI®, they may still have questions. Janssen Nurse Support† can help answer their questions about giving themselves an injection at home, preparing their injection site prior to self-injecting, and properly disposing of their used SmartJect® autoinjector or used syringe.
Connect your patients with Janssen Nurse Support at 877-CarePath (877-227-3728), available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET. At all other times, a nurse will typically return their call in 15 minutes.
†The nurse program is limited to education for patients about their Janssen therapy, its administration, and/or their disease. It is intended to supplement a patient's understanding or their therapy, and is not intended to provide medical advice, replace a treatment plan from the patient's doctor or nurse, provide case management services, or serve as a reason to prescribe.
SAFE RETURNS®
SAFE RETURNS® is a simple, safe, and convinient way for your patients to dispose of their used injection devices, at no additional cost. When they sign up, they'll receive a SAFE RETURNS® plastic disposal container in the mail, along with simple mail-back instructions.

When commercial insurance is delayed (>5 days) or denied, your eligible patients who have been prescribed SIMPONI® will receive it at no cost.
This program is not available to individuals who use any state or federal government-subsidized healthcare program to cover a portion of medication costs, such as Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, Department of Defense, or Veterans Administration.
By enrolling patients in the Janssen Link program, you agree to not purchase SIMPONI® on behalf of Janssen Link patient participants, and not bill commercial payers for any part of the prescribed subcutaneous treatment. You also agree to complete and submit a form of coverage determination (ie, prior authorization or prior authorization with an exception) to the commercial insurance. If coverage is denied, then you agree to challenge the coverage determination (ie, prior authorization with an exception, exception, Letter of Medical Necessity or appeal).
